Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Whatever's easiest for you.
When to pay
Payment is due at the end of each visit. For projects, we may split it into milestones.

If something we fixed stops working within a week, we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge.
Common pricing questions
What if my visit runs over an hour?
We bill in 15-minute increments after the first hour. We'll always let you know when we're approaching the hour mark so you can decide if you want to continue.
Do you charge for travel time?
No. Travel anywhere in Marin County is included. If you're just outside Marin (southern Sonoma, northern SF), we can usually still help — just ask.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If we spend time on something and genuinely can't help, we'll reduce or waive the fee. We're not here to charge you for frustration. We'll also try to point you toward someone who can help.
Is there a minimum charge?
There's a 1-hour minimum for in-home visits. If your question is quick, sometimes we can solve it over the phone or email at no charge — just reach out.
