Our standard rate is $125/hour for in-home visits, with a one-hour minimum. First-time clients can take advantage of our intro offer: $75 for your first visit. We'll always give you a clear estimate before we start any work, and we'll never surprise you with hidden fees.
We serve all of Marin County, including San Rafael, Mill Valley, Tiburon, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Kentfield, Greenbrae, Ross, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Novato, Sausalito, and Belvedere. We come to you — no need to bring your devices anywhere.
We help with both! Whether you're using a Mac, Windows PC, iPhone, Android, iPad, or any combination — we're comfortable with all of it. We also help with smart TVs, streaming devices, speakers, and other home tech.
Most visits run 1-2 hours, depending on what we're working on. Simple fixes might take less; bigger projects like photo organization or new device setup might take longer. We'll give you an estimate upfront so you know what to expect.
If we can't solve your issue, we won't charge you for the time spent trying. And if your problem requires specialized help we can't provide (like data recovery or hardware repair), we'll point you to trusted professionals who can help.
Absolutely — that's actually our favorite kind of work. We don't just fix things and leave. We take the time to explain what we did and teach you how to handle similar situations yourself. We're happy to go as slow as you need.
Yes! Many of our clients appreciate having someone they can call when questions come up. We offer ongoing support arrangements so you always have a trusted person to reach out to — no more wondering who to ask.
